Today's devlog is all about the revamped abilities and the brand new class: Assassin!
Here's a look at the new set of abilities for all classes.
Keep in mind things may change during the implementation process.
(lvl 1) Invincible: [Ability] You are immune to all forms of damage for 30 seconds and your nearby party members gain bonus DEF equal to 50% of your DEF for 30 seconds. Cost 0 ES. Cast time instant. Recast: 1 Hour.
(lvl 2) Provoke: [Shout] You gain enmity on target foe by an amount equal to 200% of your DEF. Cost 3 ES. Cast time instant. Cooldown 10 seconds.
(lvl 3) Ignore Pain: [Ability] You gain temporary hitpoints equal to 10% of your max hitpoints for 20 seconds. Cost 5 ES. Cast time instant. Cooldown 2 minutes.
(lvl 7) Disciplined Stance: [Stance] You gain +5 dodge AC and a -5 penalty to your attack bonus. Cost 5 ES. Cast time instant. Cooldown 30 seconds.
(lvl 9) Shield Bash: [Melee Weapon Ability] You use your shield as a weapon, inflicting Stun for 2 seconds and bonus damage equal to 20% of your DEF. Cost 8 ES. Cooldown 20 seconds. No effect unless you are wielding a shield.
(lvl 10) Defender's Zeal: [Passive] Your attacks generate bonus enmity equal to 50% of your DEF.
(lvl 12) Punishing Blow: [Melee Weapon Ability] If target foe is attacking, you inflict Knockdown and bonus damage equal to 10% of your DMG. Cost 8 ES. Cooldown 20 seconds.
(lvl 13) Shield Expertise: [Passive] Your DEF is increased by 10% while wielding a shield.
(lvl 15) Mass Provoke: [Shout] You gain enmity on all foes within 10 meters of target area by an amount equal to 150% of your DEF. Cost 5 ES. Cast time instant. Cooldown 10 seconds.
(lvl 18) Soldier's Strength: [Passive] You have bonus DEF equal to 10% of your current HP (not max).

(lvl 23) “You Will Die!”: [Shout] All party members within 10 meters of you gain +5 to their attack bonus for 20 seconds. Additionally you gain enmity equal to 100% of your DMG on all foes within 10 meters of you. Cost 8 ES. Cast time instant. Cooldown 30 seconds.
(lvl 25) Steady Stance: [Stance] You cannot be knocked down and gain bonus DEF equal to 10% of your DEF. Cost 5 ES. Cast time instant. Cooldown 30 Seconds.
(lvl 30) Determination: [Passive] Sleep, Stun, and Slow effects last only 50% as long on you.
(lvl 1) Benediction: [Ether Spell] Fully heals all party members within 15 meters, but generates a lot of enmity. Cast time 1 second. Cooldown 1 hour.

(lvl 5) High Capacity Magazines: [Gun Mod] Your magazines store 150% as much as they normally would (calculated last, after equipment bonuses such as enhancement rings). Activation time: 2 seconds. Cost: 3 ES. Cooldown: 6 Seconds.

(lvl 21) Null Energy Rounds: [Ammo Mod] Your bullets reduce your foe's current ES by an amount equal to 10% of your DMG. Activation time: 1 second. Cost: 5 ES. Cooldown: 6 Seconds.
(lvl 23) Hydro-Capsule Rounds: [Ammo Mod] Your bullets deal bonus water damage equal to 5% of your DMG and remove Burning from foes. When Burning is removed in this way, the foe suffers from Blind for 12 seconds from the steam. Cost: 5 ES. Cooldown: 6 Seconds.
(lvl 25) Shattering Shot: [Ranged Weapon Ability] Deals bonus earth damage equal to 10% of your DMG and inflicts Shattered Armor for 20 seconds the next time you hit with a firearm. Cost: 12 ES. Cooldown: 10 Seconds.
(lvl 27) Suppressing Fire: [Stance] Your ranged attacks reduce your foe's attack bonus by 1 for 10 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times. Activation time: Instant. Cost: 10 ES. Cooldown: 10 seconds.
(lvl 30) Barrage: [Stance] You gain an additional two attacks per round if equipped with a ranged weapon (firearm or throwing weapon). Activation time: Instant. Cost: 15 ES. Cooldown: 120 seconds.
(lvl 1) Battle Dance – [Ability] For 30 seconds, you are hasted and have +3 attacks per round with each weapon. Cast time instant. Cooldown 1 hr.
(lvl 1) Lacerating Strike – [Melee Weapon Ability] Inflicts Bleeding for 18 seconds. Cost 3 ES. Cooldown 2 seconds. No effect unless a slashing weapon is equipped.
(lvl 2) Dual Wield – [Passive] You can wield a weapon in each hand.
(lvl 2) Balanced Blades – [Passive] Your attacks deal 10% of your DMG as bonus damage. No effect unless you are dual wielding slashing or piercing weapons.
(lvl 3) Shadow Strike – [Ether] You phase warp to target foe and begin attacking it. That foe is knocked down if it is not engaged in attacking. Cost 5 ES. Cast time 0.25 second. Cooldown 30 seconds.
(lvl 5) Infectious Strike – [Melee Weapon Ability] If target foe is suffering from Bleeding, inflict Poison for 12 seconds and deal 25% of your DMG as bonus damage; else, inflict Poison for 6 seconds. Cost 5 ES. Cooldown 6 seconds. No effect unless a slashing or piercing weapon is equipped.
(lvl 6) Smoke Powder – [Stance] Smoke Powder will end when you are hit with a melee attack and your attacker will be Blinded for the next 8 seconds. If Smoke Powder ends in any other way, all foes adjacent to you suffer from Blind for 4 seconds. Cost 8 ES. Cooldown 30 seconds.
(lvl 7) Harrier's Escape – [Ether] Inflict Slow for 3 seconds on all foes within 5 meters of you. Phase warp to target ally (Cannot target self). Cost 5 ES. Cast time 0.25 second. Cooldown 30 seconds.
(lvl 9) Way of the Viper – [Ether] You phase warp in succession (0.5sec between each warp) to foes near you (up to 3 foes), then back to your original position. Each foe takes magic damage at 50% of your EATK and becomes Poisoned for 8 seconds. Cost 15 ES. Cast time 0.75 second. Cooldown 45 seconds.
