AMPs
- Some issues with AMP bonuses have been resolved. Unequipping your AMP and equipping it again should solve any problems you may have been experiencing prior to this update.
Abilities
- All weapon abilities have been added. Currently there are five unique abilities for each weapon type. The total brings us to 55 new abilities.
- Elemental Affinities will correctly give you the appropriate bonuses.
- Hostile abilities can no longer be cast on yourself nor your party members.
- Beneficial abilities can no longer be cast on NPCs.
- Ability 'Resurrection' now requires only 3 AP as opposed to 10.
- Medium Armor, Heavy Armor, and Shields no longer reduce the effectiveness of Black and White Ethers. Instead, they increase the amount of time it takes to cast them.
Items
- Items which enhance the effectiveness of combat abilities have been added.
- Windray Cloak will now give the proper 8 essence bonus
- Fixed an issue when equipping items you don't have the skill for.
- Basic stim packs are now available at the Weapon and Armor stores. Stim packs recover either hit points or essence. They utilize your First Aid skill.
- The sale price of Sheets of Copper has increased.
Classes
- Monks no longer have their inherent AC bonus.
Areas
- Placeable corpses in Blacklake Burrows can no longer be looted.
- Several new doors have been added to Blacklake Burrows.
Skills
- The Dual Blades skill has been renamed to Twin Blades.
Characters
- New characters will now have their class overwritten with the Fighter class, to avoid some bugs we're having. As you all should know, class has no bearing in SOO. Everything is dictated by your skills, abilities, and equipment.
- All skills will be properly set to 0 for new characters. This eliminates another set of bugs we were having before.
