Have you been successful in pulling any models from eve? I have triexporter and blender and gimpshop and found a tutorial for pulling the models out using triexporter, moddifying the textures using photoshop, and importing into blender. I have had some issues with adjusting the textures as shown for photoshop, since I am using the freeware, Gimpshop instead. However, I am using the DDS converter plugin for Gimpshop. It is just that the steps aren't exactly clear when using Gimp. The bigger problem is that I cannot seem to import the obj file that has been extracted with triexporter, into Blender. I go through all the steps, but I end up with nothing showing other than the standard "cube" that exists on all new scenes. So, I am asking: have succeeded in pulling out models for use as placeables or whatever? Thanks, Cy

Sorry, haven't checked these forums in a few days. I honestly don't know that much about graphics, aside from little stuff like converting types. Afraid I'm not much help in this area.
